In Lombok, all flights depart and arrive at Lombok International Airport. In Bali, flights arrive and depart at Ngurah Rai (Denpasar) Domestic Airport.
- Garuda Airlines has direct flights between Lombok, Bali and Jakarta every day.
- Merpati Airlines flies direct between Bali and Lombok four times a day.
- Lion Air flies between Bali and Lombok with three flights daily.
- Trans Nusa Air operates flights between Bali and Lombok daily.

INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS


Lombok International Airport (IATA: LOP) has full Visa on Arrival (VOA) facilities, with fast and efficient visa processing.
- Silk Air (a subsidiary of Singapore Airlines) flies direct between Lombok and Singapore, three times per week.

- Air Asia operates direct flights between Lombok and Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia four times per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday).

- Garuda Airlines flies between Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia and Lombok every day, with a short stop-over in Jakarta. All other international connections are available via Jakarta.

- Tiger Airways will operate three direct flights per week – every Monday, Wednesday and Friday – flying Airbus 320-200 with a capacity for 180 economy seats.The airline’s online booking schedule lists the following flight information for Flight No TR 2267 (from Lombok) and TR 2266 (from Singapore):

DOMESTIC FLIGHTS


European connections are easy via Jakarta (the capital city of Java), Bali and other capital cities such as Jogjakarta, Surabaya and Makassar.

Direct flights from Jakarta to Lombok are available every day and are usually timed to connect with European flights.

Lombok is easily accessible from Jakarta, Bali, Jogjakarta, Surabaya and Makassar and is an important connection for travel to the eastern islands, in particular the islands of Sumbawa, Komodo and Flores.

- Garuda Indonesia has direct flights between Lombok, Bali, Surabaya, Makassar and Jakarta every day.
- Lion Air has daily flights between Lombok, Bali, Jakarta and Surabaya.
- Merpati Airlines has flights available between Lombok, Bali, Bima, Dili, Bandung, Flores and Kupang.
- Trans Nusa Air flies between Lombok, Sumbawa and Bima daily.

FAST BOATS

There are now numerous “fast boat” services operating between Bali and Lombok.

Marina Srikandi operates a direct fast boat service every day between Padang Bai Harbour (Bali) and Senggigi (Lombok), arriving and departing from the jetty on Senggigi Beach. This is the only direct service between Bali and Lombok (mainland).

Most other fast boats serve Gili Trawangan, but several also call at Teluk Kodek on mainland Lombok, making fast boats from Lombok to Bali (and vice versa) an option to flying.

BALI TO LOMBOK BY SEA

Padang Bai Harbour (Bali) provides the sea link between mainland Bali and Lombok. Lembar Harbour (Lombok) is on the southwest coast, approx. 1 hour south of Senggigi, Lombok. Arrange your own transport and buy tickets direct from the harbours, or use a reputable tour company to provide a transfer service. These ferries are quite basic and slow, taking between 4 hours for the crossing. While they are cheap, it can cost quite a bit extra to get to Padangbai so its worth comparing all alternatives.
